We employ automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious transactions and patterns. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, delay payouts, or terminate services pending investigation.
8. Reporting Obligations
Reporting responsibilities and cooperation procedures must be confirmed with qualified counsel and the relevant service providers before launch. This page does not represent that FYNX is a regulated financial institution or that a regulatory reporting program is operational.
